After graduation I spent 4 years at Northwood University in Midland Michigan in their automotive marketing program. After spending a couple of years back in Cleveland working for Tony LaRiche Chevrolet, I placed my worldly belongings (1 suit case) into a Vega station wagon and headed east (who was it that said "go west young man" ) obviously I did not listen. I spent 6 months on the road traveling the country and ended up in Phoenix flat busted broke. I got a job in 1978 at a TGI Fridays (my family was REAL happy about that, they put through 4 years of college and I end up as a waiter....great investment) and since then I have never left. I never got married until I was 52 and believe it or not my wife had never been married and she was 47. We have no children but I was in the big brother program for 25 years and have 2 young men, one of them married the other single that are apart of our lives. I own a commercial real estate firm that specializes in brokering mobile home and RV parks throughout the state of Arizona. As I write this on 2/6/12 it is 82 degrees and I am thinking of trying to get 9 holes in before the sun goes down. OH YA I have tried and tried and tried but I will NEVER be able to get the BROWNS out of my system. To tell you how bad it is I have a room in my home painted orange with 178 Browns items, anything from tooth picks to playing cards to Christmas ornaments, my wife calls it the SHRINE!! One other thing I really miss about "the best location in the nation" is PEROGIES!!! Hope all is well with you!! Blessings to all!!!
